The client approached us with the need to modernize their digital presence. Their existing website lacked a user-friendly interface and overall experience, and they required a reliable web app to meet growing digital demands and allow for more online services. They needed a centralized, accessible hub to manage internal information efficiently as well as a payment system in which users could purchase various services to be completed (annual returns, lien searches, etc.). This project also presented an opportunity to better reflect their processes, procedures, and core values through a unified brand and web experience—one built around structure, ease of use, accessibility, and secure systemization.
