Opportunity:

The client approached us with the need to modernize their digital presence. Their existing website lacked a user-friendly interface and overall experience, and they required a reliable web app to meet growing digital demands and allow for more online services. They needed a centralized, accessible hub to manage internal information efficiently as well as a payment system in which users could purchase various services to be completed (annual returns, lien searches, etc.). This project also presented an opportunity to better reflect their processes, procedures, and core values through a unified brand and web experience—one built around structure, ease of use, accessibility, and secure systemization.

We started by refining the client’s branding to establish a clear, unified identity. This laid the foundation for a modern, accessible website focused on clarity, ease of navigation, and seamless integration with the broader platform. From there, we built a structured, user-friendly knowledge base designed as a central information hub for both staff and the public. It now plays a key role in day-to-day operations and has become a meaningful revenue channel, with integrated service payment forms across both the site and the app. The final platform is scalable, secure, and mobile-optimized—anchored by a cohesive design system that reflects the client’s values and supports long-term growth.
